Leasing

Commercial leasing is an important component of our comprehensive commercial real estate practice.  We represent both landlords and tenants in the preparation, review and negotiation of a variety of leasing transactions, including retail, industrial/warehouse spaces, strata premises, and mixed-use properties – totaling millions of rentable square feet of space.

Our lawyers also review and negotiate an assortment of ancillary lease documentation, including amendments, assignments, subleases, and consents. Additionally, we advise landlords and tenants in sale-leaseback transactions, build-to-suit leases and ground leases, and we have extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in various landlord/tenant disputes.

Financing
