Sarah Strukoff advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, property development and commercial leasing. Sarah has experience drafting a variety of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, covenants, and statutory rights of way.
Before joining Davie Fane, Sarah summer articled, articled and worked as an associate at a municipal law firm in Vancouver where she maintained a broad solicitor practice with a particular interest in real estate.
Sarah graduated from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in 2020 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2021.
