Ryan’s practice involves advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, financing, commercial leasing and property development for residential, industrial, office and mixed-use properties.

Prior to joining Davie Fane, Ryan practiced as a real estate associate at a boutique real estate firm in Vancouver.

Ryan obtained his law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2016. Prior to attending law school, Ryan attended the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a specialty in Finance. Ryan was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.
