BIO
Chanel’s practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, property development, and commercial leasing. She has experience in the sale of residential developments and mixed-use projects, as well as representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial leases.
Chanel summered and articled at a regional firm in Vancouver before joining the in-house counsel team at a national corporation, where she maintained a business law and commercial leasing practice.
Her interest in real estate predates her legal career. Having played an active role in her family-owned property development company, Chanel gained firsthand insight into the industry from a developer’s perspective. This experience allows her to understand the needs of both large and small businesses and offer clients practical, business-minded legal services.
