Jaime advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, property development, commercial leasing and financings. Jaime has experience drafting commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements and other real estate contracts.

Jaime summer articled at a Real Estate Investment Trust in Toronto and articled at a full-service firm in Toronto before moving to Vancouver to join Davie Fane as an associate.

Jaime obtained a dual law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2022. Prior to attending law school, Jaime attended the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where she studied international law and obtained her Master of Arts degree specializing in Human Rights and Transitional Justice. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia in 2023.
