Sacha has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, property development, commercial leasing and financing transactions. Sacha has experience working with large-scale REITs and investment funds with real estate holdings across Canada. Her background in corporate law provided her with experience preparing various agreements that serve as the basis for the structuring of a transaction including shareholder agreements and limited partnership agreements.

Sacha comes to Davie Fane from Toronto where she was a real estate associate at a large Toronto-based full-service law firm.  Prior to her time in Toronto, Sacha was a corporate and commercial associate at MLT Aikins in Winnipeg, with a focus on real estate.
